By purchasing and accessing this mentorship program, you agree to the following terms:
1. Program Nature
This mentorship provides education, systems, and strategies to help users start their online earning journey.
Any statement regarding “income start” or “money back” is strictly conditional and subject to full compliance with all requirements defined in these Terms and the Refund Policy.
No guaranteed income or fixed results are promised.
2. Conditional Performance Commitment
Any assurance related to “income start” or “refund” applies ONLY if the user:
- Fully follows all instructions
- Completes all required steps
- Meets all eligibility criteria
- Provides verifiable proof of implementation
Failure to meet ANY condition will result in disqualification from any refund or compensation.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content (videos, recordings, PDFs, systems, strategies, materials) is the exclusive intellectual property of the company.
Content is licensed for personal use only and is protected under applicable copyright laws.
4. Strict Prohibition on Sharing
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Recording, copying, or distributing any content
- Sharing login credentials
- Uploading content anywhere (free or paid)
- Selling or redistributing content
5. Tracking & Identification
Each user is assigned a unique watermark and tracking system.
Any unauthorized sharing or leakage will be directly traceable to the responsible user.
6. Breach, Legal Action & Financial Liability
If any user records, shares, leaks, distributes, or provides access to any mentorship content to another person:
- The company reserves the full right to initiate legal action (civil and/or criminal)
- The user agrees to pay a minimum compensation of PKR 500,000
- This amount represents partial damages and does NOT limit further claims
If the actual financial loss, reputational damage, or business impact exceeds this amount, the company reserves the right to claim additional compensation, damages, and legal costs.
7. Applicable Laws
Any violation of these terms may result in legal proceedings under applicable laws, including but not limited to:
- Copyright Ordinance 1962
- Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016
The company may pursue both civil and criminal remedies as permitted by law.
8. Immediate Action on Violation
Upon violation:
- Immediate account termination
- Permanent ban from all services
- No refund under any circumstances
- Legal proceedings may be initiated
9. Tools & Account Responsibility
Some strategies require third-party platforms (financial tools, payment systems, etc.).
- Account creation and approval is the user’s responsibility
- LLC/LTD registration may be required
- No guarantee of approval is provided
- Failure to obtain accounts does NOT qualify for refund
10. User Responsibilities
The user must:
- Follow all instructions exactly
- Stay active and consistent
- Provide accurate and verifiable data
11. Refund Policy Reference
All refunds or compensation are governed strictly by the official Refund Policy.
12. No Automatic Refund
The user acknowledges that:
- Refund is NOT automatic
- Refund is NOT guaranteed
- Refund is conditional upon full compliance
13. Sole Discretion & Approval Rights
All refund-related decisions are subject to review.
The company reserves the sole and absolute right to:
- Approve or reject any request
- Evaluate performance and compliance
- Request additional proof
All decisions shall be final and binding.
14. Disqualification from Refund
Refund will NOT be granted if:
- Any condition is not fully met
- Instructions are not followed
- Proof is missing or unverifiable
- User is inactive or inconsistent
- Required tools/accounts are not obtained
- Any violation of terms occurs
15. No Refund on Violation or Removal
If a user is removed or restricted due to violation:
- No refund will be provided under any circumstances
16. Limitation of Liability
The company is not responsible for:
- Lack of results or delayed results
- Third-party platform issues
- Account bans, payment failures, or external restrictions
17. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling, the user confirms that:
- They have read and understood all terms
- They agree that any “income guarantee” is conditional
- They accept full responsibility for execution
- They accept legal liability in case of violation
18. Final Authority
The company reserves the right to interpret and enforce these terms.
All decisions shall be final and binding.
